The Milford dance happens on the forth Friday of each month in the ballroom in the town hall. Milford is located in the southern part of the state, just west of Nashua. The Milford Town Hall is located on the Milford Oval at the junction of routes 13 and 101A.

The dance is a lively one. Children, families and young adults are encouraged to come. Music is provided by the Milford Town Hall Band. The Milford Town Hall Band is probably the biggest contra dance band or orchestra in the state, with the possible exception of the Lamprey River Band. There are often a dozen or more musicians playing.
